RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Behavioral Technology, Inc. your satisfaction with our products and services is of utmost importance. If you have any problems with any item received from us please contact our customer service department at 888 363-9017 or email: customerservice@btimonarch.com for a return authorization (RA #).  Upon receipt of defective products or unopened items (with a valid RA number), the item will be replaced or a credit given toward future purchase or refund.

 

SHIPPING

All products are shipped Priority Mail and ship within two business days. UPS Overnight or Express Mail Services are available. Shipping and handling charges if not stated in our item listing will be calculated and applied automatically before final check out..
